It's a lazy sunday (okay, to be honest we gave the fridge in the garage a big cleanup, but otherwise quite lazy) and I felt like checking up on some of the pictures I took in the recent past but had never gotten around to checking out and editing. Well, here's some shots from a short trip to Aachen that Ilona and I made together last September. Georgeous city, nice atmosphere, quaint and picturesque streets and old buildings. Highly recommended for when travelling is a possibility again after the COVID-19 pandemic.
And if you ever get there, you should definitely check out the Aachener Dom (Aachener Cathedral). I'm not a religious person myself, but it's awe-inspiring and the pictures above certainly don't do it justice.
